Riverbed Implementation
CSG is certified technically by Riverbed to
deploy Steelhead technology, with experience
dating back to the xx10 series devices.
Based on your level of I.T expertise, CSG
can provide either off-site or on-site
deployment services
Riverbed maintenance contracts-CSG’s “Value Add”
Many resellers take maintenance contracts for
granted.
Not CSG.
Though not required to provide technical
services through the Riverbed maintenance
program, CSG believes we have an obligation to
provide value added services.
One of the services we believe in is our
quarterly checkup.
With a CSG certified expert, we provide a
web-based, thorough checkup of your Steelhead
technology and look for errors, software
upgrades and updates that may need to be
applied, check traffic patterns, and provide an
overview of the performance being delivered, and
suggestions on additional ways of gaining
additional performance, if applicable.
This service is offered to all CSG
deployed customers on a quarterly basis, or upon
request. Consulting CSG’s role in your network is to work with your existing I.T personnel (or I.T Consultants). Our goal is to teach the techniques to your staff that are needed to effectively manage your Riverbed technology. Sometimes, however, a company may not have all the personnel, or experience, needed. CSG can then pick up the ball and serve as a network consultant, helping you to achieve a solid infrastructure on which to implement the Riverbed solution.
